Cancellation Policy

Photo Backdrop Hire Policy – 2 Hour Hire (£50) Thank you for choosing our photo backdrop hire service. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please read the policy below. Hire Duration & Cost The hire fee is £50 for 2 hours. This includes full set-up and collection by our team. Set-Up & Collection We will arrive approximately 15–20 minutes before your hire time to set up the backdrop. At the end of your 2-hour hire period, we will return to take down and collect the backdrop. Please ensure clear access to the area where the backdrop will be installed. Space Requirements A flat, clean space is required for safe installation. The backdrop must not be moved once set up. If the space is unsuitable upon arrival, we may need to adjust positioning for safety. Use of the Backdrop The backdrop is for photo purposes only. Children must be supervised at all times while near the backdrop. No climbing, hanging, pulling or leaning heavily on the backdrop or its frame is permitted. Damage & Responsibility Any damage caused by misuse, reckless behaviour, or lack of supervision may incur a replacement or repair charge. Normal wear and tear is covered by us. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible subject to availability. Weather (Outdoor Use) Outdoor set-ups must be on dry, stable ground. In bad weather (rain, heavy wind, storms), the backdrop cannot be set up outdoors for safety reasons. We will always attempt to move the set-up indoors if suitable space is available. Payment A £50 payment is required to secure your booking. Your hire is not confirmed until payment has been received. Liability We cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from improper use or lack of supervision around the backdrop. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure all guests use the backdrop safely.
