Cancellation Policy
🕸️ Web-Slinger 1-Hour Party – Booking Policy Package Price: £200 Duration: 1 hour Performer: 1 entertainer (Spiderman character) 📌 Payment This service requires full payment at the time of booking through our online system. Once payment is made, your date and time are confirmed. 📌 Cancellations & Refunds Payments are non-refundable, as your entertainer and time slot are reserved exclusively for you. If Startastic must cancel due to illness, emergency, or performer unavailability, you will be offered either: a full refund, or the option to reschedule (subject to availability). 📌 Rescheduling You may reschedule your party up to 10 days before the event free of charge (subject to availability). Rescheduling within 9 days or fewer may incur a £20 admin fee. 📌 Location Parties are provided within Brighton, Hove and surrounding areas. For areas outside our standard radius, additional travel charges may apply (quoted individually). 📌 Party Setup Requirements You must provide a safe indoor or outdoor space suitable for active games. A responsible adult must remain present at all times. Please ensure the party space is clear, safe and suitable for movement. 📌 Behaviour & Safety For the safety of all children, we ask for respectful behaviour during the entertainment. If unsafe behaviour persists, the entertainer may adjust the activities as needed. 📌 Weather (Outdoor Parties) For outdoor parties, you must provide an indoor backup option in case of unsuitable weather. Refunds cannot be offered due to weather if no backup location is available. 📌 Photography You are welcome to take photos and videos during the party. Please avoid posting full-length activity routines online as original content. 📌 Health & Illness Please notify us immediately if there is a contagious illness in the household. We may refuse entry if there is a significant infectious risk. 📌 Liability Startastic is fully insured for public liability. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from unsafe venues, running children, or hazards outside our entertainer’s control. ⭐ Summary Booking a Web-Slinger Party confirms your agreement with this policy.
