Cancellation Policy

Christmas Slime-Making Workshop – Booking Policy (Short Version) Booking & Payment: All places must be booked in advance and paid in full at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete. Cancellations: More than 7 days before your session → refund or transfer available. Within 7 days → non-refundable (materials are prepared in advance). You may transfer your booking to another child—please contact us. If we cancel the workshop, you will receive a full refund or new date. Allergies & Medical Needs: Please inform us at the time of booking of any allergies, skin sensitivities, asthma, or medical conditions. We use ingredients such as glues, activators, scents, colourings, and craft add-ins. While we avoid common allergens, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. For severe allergies (e.g., anaphylaxis), a parent/guardian must remain present with appropriate medication. Supervision & Safety: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult unless attending a pre-arranged drop-off session. Please follow all safety instructions during the workshop. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time—sessions cannot be extended and refunds are not available for missed time. Photography: Photos may be taken for promotional use. Please let us know if you prefer your child not to be photographed. Belongings: Please wear clothes suitable for craft activities. We cannot be held responsible for damaged clothing or personal items.
