Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Reservations All parties must be booked in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your date is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Payments Payments must be made through our online booking system (add payment methods if needed). A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete. Cancellations & Rescheduling Payments are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once at no extra charge if you provide at least 7 days’ notice. Rescheduling with fewer than 7 days’ notice may not be possible, but we will do our best to accommodate where availability allows. If we need to cancel due to performer illness or unexpected circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or a new date. Party Duration & Start Times Each party lasts the time advertised in your package (e.g., 60 minutes). Parties will begin at the scheduled time; if the host or guests are late, the party may still need to finish at the original end time. Location Requirements The host must ensure a safe, clear, and suitable space for performances and activities. Please inform us in advance if the venue has stairs, limited parking, or special entry instructions. Supervision A parent/guardian must remain present at all times. Our performers are entertainers and are not responsible for childcare. Behaviour & Safety We reserve the right to pause or stop activities if behaviour becomes unsafe or disruptive. Please keep pets secured away from the party area during the entertainment. Photography & Social Media You are welcome to take photos during the party. With your consent, we may take photos to use for promotional purposes. (Optional—remove if not needed.) Allergies & Special Requirements Please notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements at least 48 hours before your event.
